Healthy Kids Summer Camp 2025 has been completely reimagined to deliver a more enriching, engaging, and structured experience for every camper. With expanded activities, improved programming, and additional locations, we’ve designed this year’s camp to exceed expectations and create lasting memories.

Campers will engage in a variety of activities designed to develop their leadership skills, including workshops that focus on problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
HOW TO REGISTER
STEP 1: Locate your preferred camp location. Don't see Summer Camp as an option for your location? Reach out! We have lots in the works. STEP 2: Click "Register Today" to create a new Playground account or log into your existing one. STEP 3: Fill out the registration form. STEP 4: Upload any required documents, such as immunization records, sunscreen forms, medical forms, or subsidy paperwork, found in the Playground Parent Portal under "paperwork." STEP 5: Await your email confirmation. STEP 6: Download the Playground app and turn on push notifications for essential updates and first-day details!
TUITION & BILLING
Summer Camp Payment Due Date: Tuition balances are due in full by June 15th or by the Monday before the camp program start date, whichever comes first. Registering after this? Tuition will be due in full at the time of enrollment confirmation. Summer Camp Early Payment Discount: Receive a 10% discount on tuition by opting to pay in full at the time of enrollment confirmation! Summer Camp Refund Policy: Our Summer Camp cancellation policy recognizes our investment in our staff, program planning, and purchase of supplies before each session begins. Late cancellations often prevent families on the waiting list from being able to enroll. Therefore, we require you to reach out by June 15th or the first day of the camp program, whichever comes first to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given after June 15th or after camp has started, whichever comes first. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
SIX WAYS TO SAVE FOR SUMMER
Healthy Kids offers a variety of ways to lower tuition costs. School Faculty & First Responder Discount: All school district faculty and first responder families save 10% on tuition when you enroll prior to May 31st. Combine that with our Early Payment Discount and you can save 20%! Sibling Discount: Save 10% on tuition when enrolling multiple children from the same family. Early Payment Discount: Pay in full upon enrollment confirmation and receive a 10% discount on tuition. State Childcare Assistance Program: We partner with state programs to subsidize all or most tuition for eligible families. While you're applying through a state childcare assistance program, we offer no out-of-pocket tuition costs. Childcare Aware: In partnership with the U.S. Military and Department of Defense, Child Care Aware® supports military families through Fee Assistance and Respite Child Care Programs. Healthy Kids is a registered provider for several locations. Childcare Scholarships: Healthy Kids collaborates with various scholarship programs, including the Workforce Development Institute Scholarship and Westchester Works Scholarship, to provide financial support for eligible families.
CAMP FAQS
How do I pay my tuition? All payments are made directly through the Playground app. Tuition balances need to be paid in full by June 15th or by the Monday before the first day of the camp program, whichever comes first. Skip the processing fees and link a checking account after you register! Can I get credits for missed days? A lot of planning goes into organizing summer camp, including staffing and supply management. As a result, Healthy Kids does not provide credits for missed days. Can I enroll for partial weeks? We’re excited to offer a flexible drop-in program at most locations, allowing you to request specific days through the Playground app. If space is available, your request will be approved, your child will be added to the schedule, and you’ll be billed for the days. You can select any number of days each week! What are your staff per child ratios? We follow state guidelines for staff per child ratios. For the exact ratio in your state, please reach out to the Regional Director listed under your location or send our Registration Team a chat or give them a call at 845-330-0200. Do I provide snacks and lunch? We kindly ask that families send a healthy morning and afternoon snack, along with a nutritious, ready to eat lunch. Each program has emergency snacks available in case something is forgotten and may offer additional snacks during special celebrations or curriculum activities. What else should my child bring?
